I FOUND OUT HOW TO MAKE GRAVES NOT ASS AGAIN

As a Graves main and someone who almost one-tricks him, its been a difficult time since Rito nerfed him into the ground, and I've been trying new things on him trying to see if its possible to make him not suck. In my last few games, I tried out a new combination of runes and items that have really been working for me. I won two rammus matchups in a row, so something has to be right. I went Domination w/ Precision secondary, pretty standard stuff. I went Dark Harvest, Sudden Impact, Eyeball Collection, and Ravenous Hunter in Domination, and in Precision I took Alacrity and Coup De Grace. As for my item build, I went Warrior, Boots, Death's Dance (DD), Cleaver, Phantom Dancer (PD), Lord Dom, replacing Warrior with GA at the end of the game if it went that long. Previously, I had been taking Relentless Hunter and Triumph over Ravenous and Alacrity, and building Duskblade over DD. Before the changes, I had been doing a lot of burst damage, but I was struggling with the lack of AS and I was dying too quickly. The changes I made solved both those problems, and I finished 19-6-11 with a quadra (my mid laner stole the penta u.u) and two triples in my last game, which was against a rammus. The lifesteal you get from ravenous and DD in addition to the AS you get from alacrity PD make you a giant pain in the ass to kill, and you still do loads of sustained dmg. The only qualm I have about this build is that youre a little weaker than usual while you're building DD because its 3500 gold and takes forever to finish. If you farm well, including counterjungling and lane taxing, ideally you want to finish your DD by 20 min at the latest. I typically finish games with the first or second highest cs score, which is what Graves players should be aiming for anyways. I will continue to test this build and follow up with more changes if need be.
