The buffs on VI are TOO MUCH!!

I know that riot try to find a way to stop the whole Tank yi /Xin/Shyvana devourer jungling!

But by overbuffing Vi it would only create a new problem! because yeah we may see less devourer junglers with the nerf on devourer

But Vi was always problematic and now with the new buffs it would push her once again to pick/ban state....

You don't even max E first. 25 more damage at level 13 or later is nothing to sneeze at. She needs buffs. If Riot is going to force her to be jungle only, she at least needs to be a strong jungler. Right now she is below average at best.
