@Riot Meddler Any plans on changing Talon or Zed

These two assassins are feeling super bad after their reworks, not only are they doing less damage from nerfs to their damage ratios but also the fact that Exhaust completely shuts them down.

Another problem i have been seeing is the fact that you can pick them or pick a ranged Mage who can do more burst and have utility at the same time or play a diver who can do the same job of killing squishes a bit slower but in exchange get tankier and have CC in their kits.

So i just wanted to know if there were any changes to Talon or Zed be it giving them a bit more % AD on their ratios or nerfing exhaust.
