Why didnt electrocute proc here?

you can clearly see that i hit annie with a Q, auto attack, and W within far less than 3 seconds but it did not proc. it was not on cooldown and i have no way of proving whether or not it wasnt besides posting the entire match replay so i guess you'll have to trust me on this one. if anyone wants the description of electrocute its in the description of the video.

at the start of the clip annie is only missing like 30 health so if i had proc'd electrocute 25 seconds (the cooldown of electrocute) prior to that she would be missing far more than 30. that's the best i can do to prove it.

u only hit her with q and an auto from what i see but the real question is why q going back and forth doesn't count as hitting with two abilities? since they are two separate skillshots

stop downvoting if an ability has two parts, that are not guaranteed to hit if the 1st hits, they should count as 2 parts of 3 of electrocute proc we rewarding people for not dodging now?

I don't know the difference between that skin's auto-attack and W, but other than the Q, only one thing hit Annie.
