Do you see the pattern?

After watching all World's games, I realized one thing. What makes you tanky in this meta?

Is it items like Randuin's Omen? Nope. Is it self-shielding abilities like Nautilus W? Nope. Is it levels/runes/masteries? Nope.

Nah, the things that make you last long in teamfights, aka being tanky, are these: -Revivability, through Zilean R, or GA, or being something bullshit like Aatrox, Ekko etc. -Untargetability. Zhonya's, into stopwatch, into Akali W, Lissandra R, Xayah R. -Invisibility: Kaisa omegaLUL -On a lesser scale, massive damage reduction tools: Alistar R, Irelia W, or spell shields (Noc W, Sivir E). -MASSIVE shields/heals. Kaisa R, Lulu, Sion. -Stoneplate.

These are the only conditions that you get to be tanky, and guess what, you don't even need to be a tanky champion to utilize them! You can be an extremely potent damage dealer, with range, with CC and waveclear and AoE, but also take at least 10+ seconds to kill, if you're Lissandra for example! Or you can be a 6k HP Sion and activate Stoneplate and have 12k HP! Or be Chogath and oneshot someone with your R!

Seriously, what the fuck is this? Why does it feel like getting traditional armor and MR items is useless? Spirit Visage, Randuin's Omen, Frozen Heart, they all feel useless. At this point, if you want a tank in your team, it's better to play Lissandra top than Maokai. And all that, because the game is based on quick burst rotations that you can fully nullify with certain conditions (untargetability, invisibility etc), while also getting safety from constant DPS. Guess what Randuin's doesn't offer. Exactly, protection. You still feel Xayah's feathers cut you down once she hits that IE spike.

-Stoneplate.

-MASSIVE shields/heals. Lulu Sion

I dont understand this. Half of it is literally contradicting yourself. Like you say items dont make you tanky then say an item makes you tanky. You say shields dont make you tanky then say shields make you tanky. I legitimately do not understand
