@Riot, Please Consider a Point-Runner item for early game

I just got done playing some Malphite games this morning and realized, he's slow as f*ck without Mobis. Picking up Point-RUnner helped because i got a Zz'rot Portal, but by then it was too late to matter much, and sometimes i want to buy another kind of boot.

I wish there was an Armor/HP/Point-Runner alternative to Sunfires or Randuins maybe so i could buy it efficiently for early game. Zz'rot Portal is too half-and-half for some matchups, and the bonus resist passive is less efficient without other resist items.
