Riot will instead be willing to kneecap the shit out of Urgot (which isn't entirely unwarranted I will admit) while doing tiny tiny trims on things in sion's kit that don't involve the one actually problematic part which is his W passive ever since they buffed it.

And OP's right, this would probably be a good nerf to Sion that would not totally trash him.
