Mm... I was gonna upvote your post because I thought you were about to rail on people who don't understand the game, but insist on playing anyway.

Support is just as hard as the rest of the roles. If all you're doing is sitting in brush and warding occasionally, you are not a good support.

Supports dont require last hitting, and dont have any unique difficulties to compensate for that.

It is literally impossible to argue that supporting is not easier than other roles.

If you only bring up last hitting to talk about difficulty in champion role, it's hard to take you seriously.

If I were to stoop down to your level, I could easily say "Omg right clicking minions is sooooooo hard."

But honestly, all roles are unique and difficult in their own right. ADC is easier than supporting, imo, at least for laning (teamfights are a bit more difficult, especially in lower elos).

And somehow it is a skill that non-support players seem to have difficulty with. Some don't even upgrade or use their trinket.

It depends. If you have a good ADC, support is the easiest role in the game. If you ADC sucks, then, yes, it's really hard.

Supports need to last hit when their ADC is not there, they also need to know when to AA things under turrets to help their ADC last hit. They also need to know when their ADC is unable to get two minions that are low so that they can last hit the minion and not let the gold go to waste.

You don't seem to know exactly what supports do.

Well, technically, you can be an ADC without last hitting. You just won't get items or XP quickly.

If we're not going to talk about skill caps for one class, but we will for another, it's hardly a fair comparison, and as far as I can tell, this post isn't just ignorance, but active trolling, and should be dismissed as such.

you will always get hate from the lower elo players that have dunning kruger syndrome. they think they are better and deserve higher when they dont so the things they "know" are not the right things to know which is why they dont improve and stay at low elo. Its true if you have an adc that doesnt last hit at all you will be extremely weak and have no influence on the game. adc doesnt have enough base stats to deal enough damage, only have 1-2 spells if that for utility.

While the majority of low elo players are stupid, there are several who really understand the game well.

It's like an NFL coach. Most of them were never great players, but they understand the game better than the players most of the time.

kind of different than physical sport. kinda of why alot of coaches are diamond/platinum, they dont have enough time to get higher because they only focus on watching the game and watching replays ect. You cant tell me these bronze players watch the game all day long and are still bronze thats complete asinine

Like I said, most of them are idiots. I'm bronze on this account, but I watch feeds and LCS all the time. Plus I watch videos and read articles on how to improve. Heck i'm doing my initial ranked provs right now on my other account and i'm undefeated so far. Hoping to start in Gold.

The big problem is that climbing out of Bronze is hard. When you first start doing ranked, let's face it, you suck. It takes awhile to get the experience and mechanics down. During that time your MMR takes a huge hit and you drop. My initial placement was Silver II and I did pretty good with about a 50% win rate. At the start of this season, the soft reset sent me to Bronze II. Let me tell you, it's much harder to carry when you have more feeders and unskilled players on your team. This makes your MMR horrible and you only get small gains for wins and big drops for losses.

There is a time, and I went through it, that you think you are better than your ranking. But once you understand that you aren't that good, is when you actually start getting better. Once I realized that, my play improved immensely.

the reset also was effected because of master tier. you going down in elo isnt just because the system says so its because the new tier makes it so that every other tier is higher. so you being low silver because of getting lucky in the 10 games you have to play to determine rank means nothing and you will probably lose most of your games till you get where you belong. The fact that you say you improved yet you have to make another account to try to get lucky in provisionals and try to stay in silver says otherwise. when i got better i wont 20 games in a row and actually skipped a division. You probably are not practicing or learning efficiently if you think you are stuck on an account and cant get out.

Well when you are in Bronze winning the majority of your games and you don't climb, something is wrong.

Also, I had played plenty of games in Silver to show I belonged there.

Only after we listen to the lack of accepted mistakes from a game other than a victory, and the intellectual complaining as is the role of a support, then the level of "circle jerking" really can begin. How? Not too sure how I could ever play the game for anyone else other than myself, and when there is no win, then no crying for the lack of teamwork considering most people claim to think supports also play the game for them. There's absolutely no reason there are champions labeled as support, you may as well take master yi in bot because all you have to do is sit in a bush and ward.
