Riot, how about you allow people to choose their champion BEFORE entering normal queue???

I have been trying to pick Warwick for a hour now. All I got is a 15 minutes queue penality.

This is frustrating. The champion is released now, but apparently I won't be able to play it for at least a couple of weeks.

This is not an enjoyable experience.

They removed team builder, so good luck. You can always make a custom game.
