New rule for rank: if you have played x champion xx amount of times, you can bring it to rank.

so sick of idiots playing FoTM champions and fucking over the game because A) they have no idea why champion is broken in the first place, and B) they have no idea how to use that champion.

atleast you have experience vs zero experience. most people will get demotivated from playing a champion if they have litterally 0%-20% winrate in 40 games played with that champion... it takes a special kind of someone to continue on with that losing streak in rank. nothing you can do for that level of autism really except deal with it, kind of like you have to deal with that special education kid throwing his lunch and yelling at the top of his lungs during lunch time in high school.

if she is super popular she will be perm banned by the 10 ban system anyway. also its a small price to pay to keep shitters from actually paying her anyway. the amount of people that would actually do a first pick trade is miniscule on a champ rework, even if u main the champ. how many people will want to first pick eve to "try out her rework for the first time" vs someone who will actually trade you?

you should need at LEAST mastery lvl 3 to play them in ranked.. I'd say 6 personally but that would make people just rage.

i also think the need for 20 champsion in ranked is stupid... just make it so if your champ gets banned and you dont have any others that meet the requirements... you just get kicked and get a dodge penalty.

its not like it EVER going to happen in the first place...

It's not hard to have 20 champs by the time you're lvl 30. Having people get kicked and incur dodge penalties for something they can't control is a good way to have an outrage.

it depends... after they get rid of runes it wont be... and if u buy only 450 ip champs then sure..

i mean hell what i did back in season 3 to play ranked was.. i just bought like 7 450 ip champs and i still dont think i have played them all.

its a stupid requirement only done becuase riot wants to make it so u cant have every champion u own picked or banned... they want to leave you with at LEAST one option..

but i say that stupid... the changes that EVERY champion i own getting picked or banned are some astronomically remote that the REQUIREMENT just forces people to buy champ they are never going to use anyways.

i mean... i play about 3-4 champions..

i CAN play 10..

but if i picked support IN RANKED and Lux , Morgana and Blitzcrank are all banned..
