Ivern needs more meaningful nerfs

The damage doesn't matter on triggerseed as long as it'll pop for the slow no matter what and how often he can spam it. His passive makes Nunu cry when it comes to counterjungling and the fact that he can get the buff and still give it to a teammate is just dumb. Daisy doesn't seem like she does much during teamfights, but she actually does a ton and has a ton of potential because of how much people underestimate her. He just has too much in his kit for being a good jungler and a better support than the support.
