You mean the fact that you can back off when he gets his Crimson rush to deny a big part of his healing, and can use minions to body block his E? Yeah that's really nice when laning vs a Vlad. Buy an , Abuse Vision loss and the things mentioned above and there ya go.

They didnt say less obnoxious. They rework champions to give them a healthier vibe as well as making them feel newer. Vlad's kit was very stale and didnt have much depth to it. They made him so that he doesnt need spell vamp to be strong. I think hes in a good state right now. Dont put words into Riots mouth.

Dunno what you're talking about, Vlad rework gave him a lot of counterplay. His main sustain tool, empowered Q, is clearly indicated so you are able to back off in time and his E has a delay in order to deal the highest damage. Pre-rework, it was like: are you in Vlad's range? Yes? So you get to eat E+Q. I don't see how it's less obnoxious from what we have now.

He is much less obnoxious to play against. Deny his crimson rush. That's where all his healing is.
