Imagine how op it would be if magic pen was ad easy to build as lethality

MR also doesn't scale nearly as high as armor and Sorc Shoes + Guise can make you deal true damage to any ranged champion without MR items or runes

I've actually stacked sorc boots on teemo in an aram before and it was not terrible, with my shrooms basically doing true damage.

The biggest problem with Lethality is not the Lethality itself. It's the fact that all of the items also give 80% of the maximum AD that any item gives while also giving a multiplicative scaling stat.

Bottom line is, it's tantamount to giving ~200 AP while also giving their respective 30 magic pen.

Except APs get to have more ap than ad and they often have utility stacked on their items.

but make sure to let champions having a scaling mr from 30 to 70 like armor, instead of flat 30 mr or 30-42 mr for melee champions

Then magic items would be as costly as ad items and would give as much ap as ad items give ad and all the ap scaling + cooldown will have to be adjusted to match that of ad assassins

2 flat pen items (rip abyssal)up to 20 from runes and like 3 from resolve tree..... too much sacrificing for too lil gain

Until they make an 1100 gold Lethality Shoe, I'm fairly happy with how it's balanced out. Lethality itself is an issue due to its effectiveness.

Imagine if it was as easy to build magic resist as it is armor. I've seen 700 armor on multiple occasions but don't think I've ever seen over 400 magic resist.
