It just came to me: BLITZCRANK! More specifically, AP Blitzcrank ulting every 7 seconds at Max rank. That is going to be hilarious, specially considering his E will be on a 3 second CD with 45 CD reduction.

You don't even need to build a super troll build for this to be effective. You can just build RoA and sheen while using the rest of the item slots for support stuff like Righteous glory, locket, and other support items

Well obviously since blitz scales 100% ap.

If he buys 60 ap his q will do q damage + 60

same with his ult and his e does double his ad so yeah

he's gonna be broken.

Blitz ult has 500 base damage at max rank and scales with 100% of your ap

Now RoA fully stacked gives you an extra 100 AP and mana for your passive Lich bane gives you 80 AP, mana for your passive and additional 50% AP scaling on your E. It also gives you a 75% base AD scaling on the already empowered E, which has a 100% AD scaling and 3 seconds CD capped

This will be plainly broken. It synergizes too well; also unless Riot adds additional rules Blitz will stack Ultimore in no time

Yeah you just have to survive 7 seconds as ap blitzcrank and considering the build either kills you immediately or he dies I don't see that mattering he would just take a damage rune if anything.

You don't understand. RoA gives you health and mana, lich bane gives you mana. Do you know what blitz passive does? Surivving is no problem when you got 3000 health and a 1000 health shield. Also I'm not saying to build full AP, just those 2 items and then go for tanky support items

I definitely understand it your premise isnt exactly smarter than something an average bronze maybe silver at best player comes up with. You realize you just listed stats in a vacuum right? That doesn't equal an argument at all especially when we are talking about his ult being a possible 7 seconds. If blitz got fed enough to have a build like that then you would have lost regardless of his build path. Raw health doesnt mean shit when you have to survive 7 seconds at any point that everyone has the 4+ items you would need to achieve that and you have to play blitz who is mostly close ranged damage. Even then a ROA and lich isnt enough damage to make ap blitz more relevant than the cc it would be smarter to just build full tank and abuse bases. Then you have a chance at seeing that 7 seconds.

fed? the build I'm proposing is really cheap, like reaaaally cheap. Lich bane and RoA are only 300 gold more expensive than a frozen heart (that is around 4 assists). You are just insulting me personally without giving any valid reasons. Really.... blitz has a 1:1 scaling ratio and you want to rely on bases when he can have 2 items that synergize extremely well with him and can potentially enable him to dish around 3000 magic damage in the spawn of 7 seconds AS A SUPPORT. He would have resistances and value from his support items (pretty much all give CDR and lich bane gives 10%) while scaling and doing a ton of damage.

You do know he has his Q to pull target, and his E on a 3 second CD while having his W and Righteous glory to chase and slow right? You are clueless, and I never said this build would solo carry challenger games, but it really gives you a ton of damage given outside of transformation champs and a few exceptions like lux, kass, kog and karma almost no character can optimise Ultimore as much as blitz can
