I would say what to buff him, but every time I say even a slight buff, it gets shot down saying he is supposed to be weak in all of those categories.
The point is to make his weaknesses not so GLARING.
Suggested buffs: Mana per level and mana per 5 buffs.
Movespeed to 345.
Slight cooldown reduction on his E(2 seconds at all levels).
An Icon showed above an enemy if they would die to his mighty dunk(think Cho R and Zed R)

Yasuo has a gap closer and moves faster, so does Zed, so does most every other single melee, but I don't see you complaining about them.
His ult instakilling only happens when you are low health, Cho and Zed have it, I don't see why Darius shouldn't.
The shorter cd on his E is so it isn't as punishing and ridiculous early game, 2 seconds isn't a lot.

Lets compare champions who build 1 defensive to a champion that has a build where all 5 non-boot items provide defensive stats. Seems like a good idea to me.

Zed doesnt insta kill at low hp. In fact the higher HP you are at the time of his ult the stronger his ult is.. (reread what it does...)
Chogath's instakill doesnt reset when he kills someone.

He is already extremely good at sticking to a target once he's in range between passive, slow, and pull.
Not getting in range easily is one of his core weaknesses.

He's really easy to beat, I don't have a lot of issues with him.

darius was made to be great at one thing, be defined by that thing but suck at everything else
while you want him to fight champions who are made to be equal and usable vs everything
the problem is that riot's design philosophies shift, so darius is put in an unfair fight

E cooldown is fine as it is. I'd totally be behind the dunk icon though (honestly theres no real reason to not do it, its basically just a QoL change. A good Darius player will be able to just look at your health anyway and see when they'd kill you)

I can confirm that he doesn't need any buffs, he is fine as he is.
I have a 70% winrate on him on ranked, and i usually beat any lane opponent, even champs like kennen or jayce.
But maybe that's just my skill 8)
