A ton of people are asking for ignite to be nerfed. Y U NO LISTEN?
It is still doing a bit too much damage early game. Nerf it. It will make TP more viable for mid again.

A ton of people are bad at the game (statistically - majority) Riot shouldn't cater to them, and give you a chance to learn, improve and adapt, instead of adapting the game to you
