You tryhard games when you have something at stake. In urf case = IP/keyfragments. If you give the same IP and the chance to gain keys for everyone or make it random.
"But it won't be fun anymore" . The gameplay will be the same. The pick will change. Suddenly you won't see people tryharding. Ppl will have FUN with urf instead of being URF ranked edition =].
The reason people 'tryhard' isn't just because something is at stake, they also do it because winning/tryharding for them is what makes the game fun. There will always be tryhards because that's how they play, not everyone has the same style or way of having fun. There is no real solution for this.

sorry but uh... i enjoy winning. so i'm not going to dumbdown my playstyle for the sake of others.
The real problem is premades. Jerks on mics coordinating which solo player to kill. We need a separate solo queue for all modes.
