"Assassins are squishy"

Meanwhile Yasuo, Ezreal, and Anivia have lower base hp than all of them. And they don't have stealth. So yea, not really squishy, and not really "high risk" either.

Hello Summoner!

Each of the mentioned champions have a unique reason why they have a lower base health. Anivia because of her passive that causes her to revive. Yasuo because of windwall and his passive (recharges with movement and e) Ezreal because of his instant blink ability on a fairly low cooldown (Q reduces cooldown).

Stealth in general is getting a rework in the upcoming patch causing them to "shimmer" when hit, reducing the total duration in the early game, or revealing them when near a enemy champion.

Another reason why assassins have a slightly higher health pool is because of the disadvantage of being melee. Yasuo being the acceptation because of his easily rechargeable shield and the ability to negate some abilities.

It is important to note the items these champions purchase too such as Rod of ages, Phantom dancer, Iceborn Gauntlet, etc. All of these which provide some sort of defensive stats. Purchasing these items with assassins wouldn't fair too well because of how there ratios are.

Anivia has the lowest HP in the game, on top of the slowest movement speed in the game with No mobility And probably the most mana hungry as well. Anyone gets on to her and she dies very easily. Also she needs item 3027 item 3040 or she wont be useful in the Mid/Late game, making her a heavy scaling champion.

Also for anyone who says anything about "Anivia does well/counters Assassins...Because of her Egg" She does not, that egg could keep her alive some what against an Assassin, but with the lack of Movement speed/Health and how she can't really itemize against Assassins makes up for her egg. Anivia can't escape from an assassin jumping on her, unless she flashes or has the reflexes to quickly throw a Q at you. Also just because her egg can "some times" keep her alive from your burst, she is defenseless while you just continue to kill her egg. If you couldn't kill the egg in time, no worries...just walk away and repeat once your ult or burst comes back.

Most assassin's ult CD is like what 80-110 CD if even? Compare that to 240 second CD for her Passive...You can use your ult/combo to proc her passive and then you will have enough time to wait for your ultimate to kill her when it's on CD. You would even have enough time to use it 2-3 times within her egg's CD.
