the only problem tanks had was that their MR itemization was shit. 1 item fixed all that, no need to fucking destroy LW and cleaver ontop of buffing warmogs, thornmail, and other armor items...

the only tanks that are weak are the ones they decided to hard nerf ages ago and not touch them for the update.
needed an update bad, much more so than zac anyway, but they decided to ignore him because they know how problematic he would be if touched.

Zac was in the update and is considered weak. I also wouldn't argue that four tanks (three if you don't count Nunu) are enough to prove that tanks are broken.

Quepha1 votesmoving stat value from health to resistances on tank items made them weaker because it's a worse balance of defensive stats as well as being more specialized for a single damage type.
if you think the pen nerf wasn't justified then you haven't looked at the math.
