I don't think Viktor needs changes right now, but..

I've always been disappointed with how his laser's been handled through both reworks, and I kind of miss the DoT. It wasn't healthy as just being 'extra damage-poke,' but so far Riot hasn't been that crazy about burst mage Viktor either, which is fair because he's got way too much utility to also be a strong nuker, and I think it's generally the wrong way to take him.

Speaking as someone who preferred him being a control mage than the nuker we have right now, it would be cool if the upgraded laser put a lasting burn-field where he dragged his E through. Still has counterplay of moving out of the zone, but refocuses him as the utilitarian zone/poke mage he was originally.

I don't care much for the ult's delayed burst shit either, but I can live with that. Just wanted to vent a little since Viktor is one of three mages I liked playing, and I haven't come to enjoy his last rework much at all.
