Yeah, Sion’s wildly OP because he’s bugged
But all the same, Comet hits just a little too easily off of even the most minor slow.
Fixing his bug isn’t going to make him all that much weaker until Comet is looked at.

Pretty sure making it so people aren't hit by something in the first place makes Comet significantly weaker, as it won't trigger at all. He's by far the biggest abuser of it.
You could try dodging the skillshots and then the comet won't even fire.
But with that said, his E isn't a "minor" slow by any means. It's 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60% which is actually pretty fucking strong.
