is jhin balanced on release?

He's relatively balanced if not a little on the weak side of things. A immobile burst ad caster isn't exactly good when surrounded by gap closers and assassins. Not to mention he's a strong late game scaling champion in a sub 30 minute game meta.

The reload timer is slightly too long and that makes it harder to cs. HIs traps do insane burst damage but are entirely too easy to avoid and his stun has a relatively long cast time which makes it easy to dodge (Unless the jhin player is excellent at predictions). His ult startup and wind down animation leaves him really vulnerable. His only escape is a movement speed steroid that really isn't reliable until he hits late game and has high crit.

The ban or pick every game on Jhin is pathetically unwarranted currently and is just pure idiocy. There may be a more viable build than the current core of with . Players just haven't had enough time to figure the champion out fully and the unecessary bans are just slowing that process.
