The cooldown on The Culling should refresh if Lucian gets a kill or assist at any time.

I could see a reduction of cooldown. But a reset? Please don't.

I've always thought it should be a charge system. Say he can hold up to 30/45/60 bullets.

At a minimum of 15 bullets he can use R. Small cooldown between uses, but still has that requirement. Killing minion/monsters grants 1 bullet, killing champions grants 5. Charges at 1 bullet every 3/2/1 seconds.

Numbers could be way way off, but it's to help with the idea.

It isnt like its hard to walk out of and lucian has been in need of a buff

The problem with the Culling is not that he runs out of it, it's that late-game, just running straight at them and autoing will do damage more efficiently; it's the same problem that MF ult has. The only thing it has going for it is its range (and the highest single-ability AP scaling in the game).

Giving it the reset will allow Lucian to engage from a longer range more often during a prolonged teamfight.

Wait, it DOESN'T do that anymore? Why the heck did they change that, it seems like such a minute thing to change, all it lets him do is reposition during The Culling lol.

I think they did it around the time they overbuffed Lucian and he was dashing every sec, to avoid him dashing even more LOL.

But it seems like a nice change that could come back.
