jinx is still highest win rate adc

This champion is just too OP. even after multiple nerf she is the best adc in the game. suggestions: Remove bonus damage from fish bones or lower the range

It doesnt make sense why she is an early game bully if she is a late game hypercarry it doesnt make sense how she has more range than all adcs except kogmaw

Either that or buff ezreal

My opinions (maybe one at a time, not all at once):

Remove aoe crits, only the primary target of rockets can crit
Further reduce AS scaling, making her entirely dependent on ramping up minigun for extended trades and punishing for using rockets too close
When attacking turrets, minigun stacks reset after the autoattack on max stacks until her Q is maxed. Will nerf early game tower pushing
Remove AD scaling on zap. Instead, have it deal base damage but give the target a debuff that activates if Jinx follows up with an attack, dealing the scaling damage. Nerfs her poke, but deals the same damage if she uses it to catch up to opponents.

I don't hate Jinx, in fact I like her, but I thought I would offer my ideas.

Kogmaw has a base 500 range, it's an ability that gives him bonus range.

Jinx has the same problem Ahri does.

There are ADCs who do one or two things better than Jinx, but Jinx is really good at EVERYTHING.

She may have an extraordinarily high winrate and pick rate, but her ban rate is extremely low, because people don't necessarily hate playing against her.

Meanwhile the toxic ADC's Kalista Vayne actually get banned frequently.

Remember the winrate +playrate argument only applies to Ahri and Riven.

Lets put it that way, i rather fight vayne than jinx, cuz jinx can AoE crit a whole team from 800 range...while vayne does single target damage at 550..

Neither Jinx or Vayne are op. Each of them have special abilities that can give them the upper hand if fed.

Jinx isn't op... Neither is Vayne... Ez is a mixed ADC/Mid which is why his AD isn't as high since he can scale on AP and AD. Jinx isn't a hyper carry either. A good ADC but I wouldn't label her a hyper carry.
