Nothing I could do, i went full tank Garen, thornmail, randuins omen and ninja tabi but she was shredding me like it was nothing. What a toxic champion.

Okay well first off, you won that game and technically performed just as good as or better than Riven in terms of KDA. Just because you couldn't beat her in an extended 1v1 doesn't mean you couldn't do anything all game.
This exchange happened at 38 minutes into the match, 2 minutes before you got your Randuin's Omen. So right off the bat, you're being misleading by claiming that you had an item when in reality you lacked a very useful defensive passive.
It's hard to tell but it also seems like this kill could have happened at around 37:00 to 37:30, right around the time you sold your Merc Treads and got Ninja Tabi. It seems like you died and sold them to buy more defenses against Riven for future fights. If I'm wrong (which is possible) I encourage you to share the entire frame, not just the death recap so we can see the full picture.
After you got Randuin's Omen and potentially Ninja Tabi, you didn't die a single time to Riven. Honestly it sounds like you just lost a 1v1 while you were poorly itemized and you're trying to blame it on Riven being problematic.
Yes it is the dumbest thing ever. Because it is so stupid. And she would be shredding you with anything that gives her AD, even Manamune, simply because Riven as Design and how much insta DMG she can output, plus Conquerer.
there are so many broken armor items i dont wanna hear that shit. randuins tabi then build damage so you can actually trade back instead of just dying slower.
I had someone try that troll shit vs me recently, they went like 0-5 vs my Fiora. Then again this was a Bronze game. Bronze players don't really know what they are doing half the time anyway.

people are playing this shit in challanger on their mains. riven is kindof a problem, but so is garen for the opposite reason.
he loses every single lane matchup. having a nasus tier early game wouldnt bother me as much if his raw 1v1 potential would be equal to a 400 stack nasus at 15 minutes aswell, or equal to lategame jax or irelia.
like look at some of these videos around youtube for garen against basically any other fighter. its just garen losing every single fight, including against villains. its not even close in most cases.
