Sneaking 10% CDR a la Riven into ADC Runes and Masteries? (Ezreal, Jayce, Urgot, etc)
Context: I tend to build Jayce and Urgot like an ADC Ezreal because that's just my style of play (I've been doing this for a long time, since before Muramana + TriForce on Ezreal was even popularized in LCS).

However, it's more common for the Pros to try to max out their CDR with a build more like (35% CDR)
E.g. 
Assuming I wait to maintain my current build, would it be viable for me to bump up my CDR by getting 10% CDR from Runes and Masteries (6 CDR Glyphs+ Sorcery)? Or would this compromise my DPS somehow?
