Since when was the Lp gain fixed?

You may get 25, you may get 15. Just depends on the matchmaker. And you have to win of course.

it isnt fixed LOL he just is assuming it will stay consistent and give him 20 since he probably just got 20.

20 is around average gain/loss of lp.

also unless you are very high on the ladder ypu shouldn't be matched against enemy so far off your mmr that you gain/lose significantly more/less than what you got last game.

Look on the bright-side.

You are probably gaining more LP than you lose, so you will be in your promos if you happen to go 1-1 in your next two games.
