And it was aweful, level 3 she can withstand a gank from Evelynn with Illaoi and nearly kill Evelynn with her insane stun duration.

This champion feels like she barely even needs her kit to be strong. She is strong with nothing, and that's what is wrong with her. Mixed damage, so much sustain and Riot decided to nerf her least impressive skill.. Her ult which didn't get nerfed it just got its cooldown increased.

At least nerf her stun duration... Please you should be able to able to respond before she can instakill you, she's not an assasin right? It's like she's Katarina with a nasus like sustain. Do something...
