What if Gangplank only got bonus MS from proccing Barrels if he actually hits a champion?
That way he can actually be punished for missing or being outplayed by the slower melee champs.

Dead flag blues1 votesWhat if he didn't get both the speed buff and slowing targets ? It's already obnoxious laning against him spamming Q on you, and if you try to engage him, he just puts a barrel, runs at a Speedy Gonzalez speed while slowing you. Really feels like Teemo 2.0
