buff bard

he dont need a buff he's fine. I dont want him like kat where i cant play him because everyones banning him

he has a decent base damage for a support, he's just extremely hard to play

What would you want buffed on Bard, I play bard as a support main and I think he is fairly balanced right now with the proper build. He can hold his own against some of the more popular support champs , I have used him to jungle ( but don't really recommend it) . His Q has a descent cd does moderate damage and with proper positioning is a good hard cc, his w is awesome because you can still keep your carry healthy even when collecting chimes, his E is a niche spell but hey not every ability should be OP, and his ult is just sick, insane range, reasonably low cd aoe stasis field that can cc even Baron and towers. So i don't really see what needs to be buffed.
