Is udyr really this strong right now?

I just haven't won a single game against an udyr that actually fuckin knows how to play his champ. My literal only experience against him is that i can't contest him at anything. he just runs at me with twice the speed i got, maybe flashes for a guaranteed kill and snowballs the game unstoppably from there simply due to the fact NO ONE can contest him at anything. He stuns you, applies DOT, you die during your stun or shortly afterwards.

The only time i actually won games against an udyr in the past month were people who had no brain. It's just that a champion with so little mechanics is able dominate everything by spamming E and Q and right clicking with his mouse, running super fast and doing super damage and being super tanky, god forbid his team actually does something and gets some cc off making it even easier for him.

also, pretty broken on attack speed bruisers. simply negating all damage by healing it back up and applying enormous amounts of damage by right clicking on a champion

He got ~52% winrate plat+ although he got a pretty low play rate of ~2%, definitely not a bad score.

This is just my experience with him. I dunno, maybe all i see are udyr diamond smurfs.... but silvers that performed pretty bad in the past 10 games suddenly take udyr and go 24/4

I've been mainly playing pyke support recently but i just see udyr dominate every. single. match.
