BUT ITS OKAY BECAUSE WE GET A PATHETIC HEAL ON OUR ULT THAT GOT A STEALTH NERF BEFORE BEING SHIPPED OT LIVE. Your empowered Q does more than your ult now. In terms of damage and burst healing. Even against 5 people. I heal 1k with Q below 50%, if that tells you anything.

Let's not mention how the clunkiness of his Q ruins the flow of his new kit.

Any time the heal would help outside of laning, even with the MS buff, people seem to move faster than you, universally. In addition, the cast delay AND the healing delay in combination make it so its impossible to use your Q for clutch heals. You will just die.

Vlad wasn't shipped as garbage,

Just riot forgot vlad's existance relied on will of the ancients and removed that from the game. To him, removing that is like deleting doran's blade for adcs. The kit looks good but you can't build for it because of vlad's playstyle, he's a substain lane bully, and now he's only a lane bully.

He doesn't require WotA. His laning is fine.

Its everything after 10 minutes that makes him completely pathetic, especially since he can't even split-push effectively now.

Most everyone who played the new male say in lane you trash the only good thing is you heal and clad is the 2en strongest of the mages under Annie small reworked I think
