Fiora passive is RNG?
A friend of mine mentioned that in a Fiora mirror match-up, the outcome is pretty much based on randomness.
If Fiora1's passive appears on Fiora2's back when they face eachother whereas Fiora2's passive appears on Fiora1's front side, then Fiora2 is more likely to win since she has easier access to it.
If that is true, I suggest having the passive appear in a set motion. Something like first facing the enemy, then on the "south" side, then north, then on the back. A simple clockwise or counter-clockwise motion would make it a little too easy for Fiora's to just circle the enemy and get each proc off quickly, so that's why there should be one on the bottom and one on the top side respectively in that order.
It would not only allow Fiora players to better anticipate what positioning they should assume next, but it would also give the enemy champion a chance to correct their positioning to deny her the access to the vital spot she has targeted now. As opposed to Fiora being like "Uh where do I have to hit now?" and the enemy being like "Uh what do I have to defend now?"
At any rate, nobody likes RNG and if the situation mentioned at the beginning here does unfold, the one Fiora that lost will likely not feel that they've been given a fair chance considering the other Fiora just 'got lucky with the vital position'.
This is just a suggestion, so feel free to point out what could be the issue with a pre-set passive rotation.
