You do realize lee sin is only useful till people start grouping up and this could happen at like 20-25 minutes even sooner and that's why that winrate might be inaccurate also you got to remember how difficult he is to play at a high level and plat and d5 aren't by any means high level.

ive been an avid lee main since s3. yea i dont play him in ranked but when i wanna have fun i take him top. the new buffs were amazing on him. now you dont need the 2nd aa to get as much energy back. this helps in 1v1s and in laning by so much.
