For the people suggesting Riot to remove Blind Pick instead, Riot can't just do that

Not everyone has enough champions required to play Draft Pick. To play Draft Pick, you need a minimum of 16 champions (or 20 if they are going to change the number of bans to 10 from 6) Otherwise those situations could happen: All champions you have are banned, therefore you can't pick any champion. Even if you have more champions than the number of champions that can be banned, there is still the possibility of someone picking your champions. The only way to avoid that is to have at least 16 (or 20) champions so that there is still at least one champion you can play, in case of all your other champions have been banned and picked. While this is a very rare situation to happen, it can happen in theory, and I wonder which bugs this could cause.

To solve this problem, there are some solutions. For example, Riot could enable all 450 IP champions for everyone to play freely. There are only 13 champions that cost 450 IP. However, this would reduce the champions needed to be enabled to play draft from 16 to 3 (or from 20 to 7). Or they could just enable all 450 and 1350 IP champions, therefore allowing everyone to go into draft pick without any problems.

That said, I would rather have both Blind Pick and Draft Pick enabled (neither one removed) because while it's true that Blind Pick is toxic, has mirror matches, people spam cancer champions, and many other downsides... there are people who are willing to sacrifice having an high quality match just to have a fast queue time. I like Draft Pick a lot more than Blind Pick for obvious reasons, but I don't want neither game mode to be removed.
