In regards to the Khazix buffs

Kha'Zix _Passive damage buffed. W slow increased. Kha’Zix has been struggling since our changes to his evolved R in patch 8.11. We’d like to give it a bit more oomph in a way that relies on the clever use of ultimate casts to eke out the full value. We’re also amping up the utility of Void Spikes to help Kha’Zix set up plays in ways that aren’t just… murdering you faster. Passive - Unseen Threat Bonus Attack Damage Ratio0.2 ⇒ 0.4 _

_W - Void Spike EVOLVED NON-ISOLATED SLOW40% ⇒ 60% EVOLVED ISOLATED SLOW80% ⇒ 90% _

Riot: Let's tell everyone that we're making ways to buff Khazix without murdering you faster. Also Riot: Let's buff Khazix's passive to DOUBLE it's original value so that he can murder you faster.

Do I just have to start permabanning Khazix simply because you overtuned a champion so hard he just sneezes and you die now?

I played a few rounds with him and against him and I have to say people are overreacting. Sure he got pretty strong but there is way more oppresive shit around atm.

Kha is good, but I think people are overreacting, this doesn't change much about him and he probably won't end up being top tier when graves and eve exist

I dunno. Since his buff I've had Kha after Kha nuke the hell out of me any time he got in my face. Also faced one that went PHASE RUSH and was still stomping. Apparently he had done that in 4 previous games as well and stomped all of them.

...that's not double its original value. It's a revert to a previous value. (It was cut from 0.4 to 0.2 in Patch 8.2, when Sightstone and Ruby Sightstone bit the dust).

Truth be told, his passive felt like a pretty weak amount of damage after they reverted his ult to a 3 charge system instead of 'bush stealth supreme' in 8.11, so I'm glad he got this. His passive value was fine at 40% bonus AD for well over a year (6.22 was when it got changed to 40% bonus AD from 50% total AP, though the base damage went down to compensate), and I don't think all of the 'he's fucking broken' complaints are actually the case.
