I feel like reworked Ashe heavily missed the mark

She's still same old Ashe of screw immobile champs and for the love of god keep hyper mobile people away from me. She just got a ton of damage to make her even more lop sided. I feel like even as Caitlyn or Draven I can't out damage her because all she needs to to pick 1 good trade and the lane is over. TY free damage and slows early game, on a late game carry meant to be utility.

I know this is really late, but every time I play against her its just so annoying unless you get ahead because she actually excels all game now unless heavily shut down similar to Vayne. But Vayne is more of a problem of caused by the relentless BotRK buffs causing her spike to hit earlier.

I thought the goal was to make her more viable as a whole, not toxic if you don't have a ton of mobility.

Ashe is actually a shining example of what a rework should be. Made her more satisfying to play by cleaning up her kit and giving her actual ADC steroids and a unique way to interact with crit, all while letting her keep her permaslow. Made her better to play against by having clear windows of strength and making her permaslow noticeable but not oppressive, without giving her ways to work around her traditional weaknesses.

How is her permaslow not oppressive and how does she have windows of downtime? She doesn't have a mana cost on that slow. And all she needs to do to win trades is AA you more than 1 time unless she W'd you then she can win with an AA.

Pre-6 her only down time is when she is oom to W and even then if she is even slightly ahead her passive lets her dominate. Once she hits level 4 there is no running and combining that with a steroid that amps her damage and AS was a very bad idea. I can understand the damage amp, but the AS and multihit just seem thrown in there to make her a bully.

I'm more of making the point that all they did was make her slow 100% free and add more damage because that somehow fixes her old problems of super mobile people just saying no and diving her. Meanwhile other ADCs can't even back off if she starts a trade because her slow is way too strong early yet she doesn't even fall off because of her stupid multi hit ability. Giving her more damage and making the slow free didn't do anything to fix what she used to be. And I would be careful about saying that because the same was said for Sion, but after a few months he took one of the top tier slots in the game with almost no changes.

Being immobile is her niche. Most immobile champions have a ton of damage to compensate. Pick 2 out of these 4 and that is how you make a champion Tank Damage Mobility Range

Um... that isn't how it works. See Kalista Lucian Kayle Riven Leblanc Ahri Gangplank Nidalee LeeSin Gnar . As Riot has shown, very rarely is range a major benefit (outside of lane phase) because melees often get durability to make up for it. It's closer to 3/4. And even then you kind of forgot about CC.
