Cut the amount of gold from kills and assist in half

Before you flame hear me out.

I think that cutting the gold you receive for kills and assists will force you to have to continuously outplay your opponents with personal skill performance throughout the entirety of the game. Should you be rewarded for making a good play? Of course. But it should NOT mean that the level of skill required to get the next kill drops by very significant amount multiplying upon itself as it does now.

This is the fundamental flaw with snowballing which is why so many people are unhappy with the game in it's current state. The more you win, the easier it gets to win. The more you lose, the harder it becomes to win. Which again is totally fine as a gameplay system so long as the ratio between skill and success does not diminish at too great of a pace. When it does, winning feels less rewarding and losing feels significantly worse.

From a multi-player aspect, this makes sense as well. Just because I beat your teammate a couple times should not mean that I can immediately win against you. The better players will win more often because they are simply that, better continuously through all stages of the game. By contrast, in the game's current state, I truly believe a 5 kill silver player can beat a 0 kill professional player in a 1v1 situation at a very consistent rate. They will get outplayed but they are so much stronger that it just doesn't matter.

In short, I think the gameplay experience for a majority of players will experience will increase if the required level of skill does not exponentially drop the more you succeed. Everyone should feel they need to perform skillfully or risk defeat at all stages of the game unless it's just an absolute blowout, in which case the enemy is obviously much less skilled than your team anyways so it's fine if you don't need to max perform to beat them anyways. On the reverse side, a losing team should feel that they can win for playing better continuously instead of every fight saying "damn we played that so well, if we weren't so behind we could have won this thing"

This does introduce some champion scaling challenges of course, but I think this general philosophy at least has some conversation value. Thoughts?

Oh man kills go from 600+ gold defecits to 450 gold. While retaining the fact that you are going to be ~1/2 a level ahead of your opponent still. This change isn't going to do anything.
