Zed was never nerfed in the patch that released Duskblade. He was actually buffed since that patch.

item 3147 ?????????????? The problem with Zed is not his early poke or ult. Its his new synergy with dusk blade that stacks with his ult doing considerably more dmg. The item itself is a baby version of the ult we already know. This item is sole reason why hes still more than enough effective in fights. In the the patch with the release of dusk blade, Zed was nerfed. But how can we all overlook that nobody else uses item 3147 and truly benefits noone but Zed . Riot should strip this item entirely for it just made Zed even more successful at killing his prey. The item itself has 75 AD !! WHY???

I've seen Jhin and Talon have more effectiveness with the item. Zed is more of an AD mage, being that AA from the least part of his damage combo, as opposed to someone like Talon who uses them to intiate it

Death mark --------> + 25 / 35 / 45% of damage dealt

Dusk blade ---------> 90 + 25% of the target's missing health.

Plus 5% movement speed that stacks with zeds ghost after he ults , thats broken AF.

I was going to quote the patch notes and show you were wrong because I remembered him being nerfed, so here it is: R - Death Mark DAMAGE AMPLIFICATION: 30/40/50% of damage taken ⇒ 25/35/45% of damage taken

Wait, what is this? A whole 5% less damage (of damage dealt to marked target)?

Wow, I can't believe that was the whole nerf. I thought it was so much bigger. And now they're making Quicksilver unable to remove the debuff. And making Sterak's not stack with Maw.

Riot's balancing team is so biased...

Riot is pretty damn biased when it comes to Zed. Even more so than Lee Sin.

It's probably cause he's one of their favorite champions, so they don't want to nerf him.

Riot called it a nerf in the patch. but this item has so much synergy with him. its the complete opposite so why not just call it a overlooked buff ?

He did get a small love tap, baby nerf a patch or two later but the main nerf that's needed is a Q nerf. A riot defended and gave a reason for not nerfing the Q and instead of the W, but I disagree. He's Q is a lot stronger than Ekko's, and a ton of other mid laners Q's. It's a lot safer to use scott free from any damage.

The item Duskblade in itself is very strong, it can work on Shaco, Rengar, Kha'zix, and overall just a ton of champions. Of course it's tailored for Zed the most, but honestly, Zed is the problem, even when he doesn't get Duskblade.

He has the most outplay potential in the entire game, he's hard to gank when he can shadow his way on out. His ultimate is already bullshit, gonna be more bullshit after the QSS nerf, and really, you gotta trim this power by nerfing the Q. No it will not break him Riot, it will level him out so others don't get their HP bars drained under 30-40% by the time they are level 5.

To be fair, he isn't the top of the ban list at the moment for me, it was for a few weeks there, still my number 2 ban if anything tho.

Also you can't just buy "Zhonya's" against him. It costs way too much, he will have a hexdrinker and upgrade it before you get Zhonya's, and already have some kills on you, So yeah. while Zhonya's is an awesome item especially against a Zed, it takes longer to get, even after the item changes upcoming, it still takes awhile.

Seeker's needs an upgrade. It should have the Zhonya's active effect. Yes that would be OP as shit, but seeing that Hexdrinker prevents them from dying and stuff after you land a ultimate and what not, Seeker's does need something. Maybe prevents lethal AD damage once you are under 40% or whatever like Hexdrinker.

You have a point with his Q. He doesn't use mana so the early dmg for it should be more fair since he can spam it with no punishment. And i dont ban him either but i might start now.
