Why does her blind need a slow on it again? It’s bad enough that her blind has so little counterplay why push it even further with a slow so you can’t reach her after the vault?

Being a squishy as fuck low ranged carry that works as a suicide bomber with 0 cc outside of a Graves W isnt exactly benefiting most of the time. She's not very versatile. If your team doesnt have cc then Quinn isnt a good pick. Whereas you can pick someone like Irelia or Camille whenever you want to and still have everything your team needs.
