The tower's dmg is still too weak
Just had a 
in the enemy team, I was a 
and I perma cc him under my inhibitor tower, it did nearly no dmg and I was unable to kill him by having my tower do dmg for a long duration.
by long duration I mean Exhaust+2 hooks + 2 Flays+ the box under my inhibitor tower.
I was talking to post game and He said the tower did only 1k dmg and he was also surprised how he was literally cc for extremely long but the tower was not nearly enough to kill him.
I think tower need more buffs.
