Pretty sure Riot doesn't like to develop immobile champions because people will say "OmG this ChaMp is so UseLess and ImmObiLe"

I dont understand either.I mean all she has is a sustain ,true stealth ,insane burst ,hard cc ,like 4 or 5 dashes...just a regular assasin.Nothing new.And im not being sarcasting

3 dashes. And one is delayed. Old akali has 3 dashes. Also, at least on he current pbe, her abilities cost a lot of energy. So she has to use her stuff get back in the smoke and regen. There is a lot more planning that is involved compared to current live Akali. And her hard cc stun is pretty small like irelia’s (meaning duration is short). I say wait to play her and make a judgement after.

Her Q costs 100 Energy, down to 80, she has 200 Energy. There are several instances during lane especially(since your Q is your waveclear+your poke+your burst damage) that you run out and end up a sitting duck. Before she has her ultimate she can only take short trades, but considering most people don't understand that about assassins in Lane Phase i wouldn't be surprised if people who don't know how to play against her get pissed off.

Yeah we sure are. Have you played her yet? It’s a lot of decision making because if you even spam q a couple times you’re already sitting on low energy. Q is 100 energy. Passive restores 30 and w 40. If you are running on empty that’s not even enough for another q. I’m not saying she’s weak, busted or whatever, I’m just pointing out that you have to plan and think ahead a little more than other champs because of how much her q and e cost.

She's also an assassin who has always had a bunch of dashes. Seems reasonable to keep those in some form -- and they did make them less reliable and less frequently up.

Like, the thing is that current akali can dash/ blink several more times than new akali can during a fight. You can see some akali's get off 8 dashes, but heaven forbid we give an assassin a dash that's their only low cooldown escape but also their only low cooldown engage and make her ulti dashes have a 2 minute cooldown at rank 1(Not to mention the ulti doesn't deal any damage unless your already low so you have to rely on your high energy cost Q to deal damage for you).
