Then you look at what they're doing and realize it's a far more ambitious (and costly) plan than setting up some servers in New York.
You do realize that what Riot is doing could change how all online games set up their servers and handle lag, right? Or are you too blinded by "it wasn't done when I wanted it to be" to even understand what's going on?
