But the thing is, its not that they are being asked to become god level towers or something, but actually be worth a damn after early game. Since early game everyone only has 500-1k health. So 200s hurt a lot there....but thats it, it never changes after that. I can understand the tier 1 and 2 towers being like that, but your base ones? Or more importantly your Nexus ones being WEAKER than all other turrets...When has anyone ever been scared of a turret at endgame? No one. I can play as a squishy adc and I am not scared of the tiny 200 a hit the turret hits me for, I am scared of the 5 people next to it that will make me vanish in a second. That is the problem i feel. Those turrets should always be a threat. I mean a super minion for crying out loud can basically solo a nexus turret, does that sound balanced? If it is swarmed sure it should fall, but not by one tiny single wave being able to do it. I have had games where I literally would just watch the minions finish the enemy, and watch as a single super minion would have both lazors on it and still take at least 1/3 to 1/2 of a turret before dying. That just doesn't feel right. I would think the team's last line of defense would be the hardest to break, but in reality its the easiest.
That is why I mainly just think it would be nice if those towers leveled up with people. Look at dragon for instance, it levels up but even late game it dies in seconds to 1 person. What would be the difference with the towers if say at level 1 the nexus ones start as they are, and by level 18, they have say triple the hp attack? 6k heath isn't the end of the world and won't make a game last 10-20 more minutes, and doing around 500 a second would actually be threatening but not impossible to handle, regardless if you are a tank or not, you shouldn't be able to sit under turret for literally 20 seconds and laugh about it.
