She's all of the above. What I mean by that is her q can be hard to land or easy to land depending on the situation. Same with her E. Her q is weak yet at the same time very strong. If you miss her e or q you don't get a kill, so weak.... Yet the exact opposite if you land her abilities. Interesting character design.

Faker has 3 full items (deathcap, boots), Crown has 4 full items(boots). Crown has more kills and cs, less assists. Yes Crown has no MR. But, he is still one-shot and that should not happen from a skill on a <10second CD.
Splurged1 votesIt's why she is so cancerous to play against. You can dodge her E and Q for 5 minutes straight but once she lands one E there is zero counterplay and you get one shotted.
