Need some tips

Hey so I just had a simple question for you all that I would like answered. How do I get out of bronze? I have tried for 2 years and haven't been able too. I know my cs is not great but I can constantly win lane, apply pressure around the map, take objectives, split push, ward, team fight and punish mistakes the enemy team makes. My problem is that I don't know how I am supposed to climb when I have teammates that are ping deaf, have no map awareness, can't focus carries, and can't ward. I don't want to hear that usual if you deaseve to climb you will bs bc that is not helpful at all. I want some actual tips and strategies to help me climb. I am a b4 jax main but I also play malphite shyvanna nasus and thresh. I main top and jg but I can play mid, shop and adc if I need to. Thanks for your time guys.
