Mace of Spades is an auto attack modifier. Applies spell effects as an area of effect ability. Hextech Revolver Spell vamp is reduced to one-third effectiveness. Will of the Ancients will heal you for 5% of the raw damage dealt. Rylai's Crystal Scepter will apply a 40% Slow icon slow for 1 second.

how is 33% effect if it hits one target at a time ?

for example ,its exactly like xin Q but magic dmg 1 2 3 hit

makes spellvamp and rilay slow worse than should be

Mordes Q can't be dodged, parried, blocked. And is treated differently. I researched it last month and its exactly where it should be being considered Aoe. According to how riot codes and all comments about it being otherwise have not garnered a response from riot

Lol wiki to the rescue Spell vamp is a defensive stat which converts a percentage of the damage from either champion abilities, item actives, or Smite, into health. It only works for active champion abilities that do not modify basic attacks or apply on-hit effects (including true damage abilities) [1].

The heal is calculated from damage after being reduced by enemy defense, such as magic resistance, armor or champion damage reduction.

So by that definition Morde shouldn't get spell vamp on his Q. So Shhhhhhhhh

Could be the possible counter point to on hit affects not working on 3rd Q
