Dumb question but are you able to go above 20 rune pages now?

This has been bothering me for a while but every time I go to the store and go under Accessories you're able to buy more rune pages. Here's the thing: I know in the old system you were limited to 20 pages and I don't recall Riot ever saying that there isn't a rune page cap anymore.

So are you able to buy more rune pages. Again, this is a dumb question so I completely understand if this gets downvoted. I'm just tired right now since it's 10 till 1 in the morning and around that time I ask stupid questions.
