Lee Sin's second 'q' no longer expires

With the rise of other popular junglers such as Shaco, Vi, Shyvana, etc we felt like Lee was a bit on the weak side. To help him out, Lee Sin's resonating strike no longer expires. He can hold on to it as long as he wants and cast it regardless of how far away from his target he is. This is obviously a joke, but on a scale of 1-10 how broken would he be if they actually implemented this change?

Once darius triggers his passive it permanently stays activated for the rest of the game. gachigasm

This wouldn't be as broken as you think it would be, that's all I can say.

It's a 2.

Extremely broken.

Think outside the box: He could use it to tag a jungle mob and dash across the entire map. Lee is now a god-tier splitpusher that cannot die. Also great bait. He could follow enemy top through teleport. Steal dragon or baron from nowhere with no warning, even if it is pulled out of the pit. Then wardhop out. Troll people who escaped a gank and are recalling behind turret. Meme synergy with thresh.

His Q gives vision, so if you Q'd the enemy jungler at the start of the game, he would never get a gank off.

If he was ever half health, you could just Q in and kill him.

If he was at enemy red, and you were at your blue, you could Q in, jumping diagonally across the map, to gank midlane.
