Swain needs some help early

Fiora got buff for early game, so can Swain has one too? His AA is literally better than spells pre-6. It must be a joke. Champions like Yasuo or Fiora can sh*t on him all day and he won't be able to do much.

And my brother, he was Diamond last 3 seasons and now he can't get to there, because his main Swain is unplayable vs FOTM picks. And because of that he doesn't want to play with me anymore, and this is so sad. I don't want to play alone in a teamplay game :( Pls help.

Why do you think? I personally don't remember game when I lost to Swain. Even when he was in perma-ban and was picked sometimes, I didn't have problems.
